Return and Exchange Policy for items purchased before 1/10/25
Full price Items:
We accept returns and exchanges for full priced online purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging inside a parcel bag and have been purchased at full price. Please avoid attaching the return label directly to the shoebox; a $15 packaging fee will be charged or deducted from refunds if this guideline is not followed.
Sale Items Terms & Conditions:
Items purchased at a sale price are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Sale pricing includes marksdowns and Special Sales including (but not limited to): Birthday Sale, Leap Year Flash Sale, Mega Sale Event, Buy 2 or More Pairs & Get 50% Off
Shipping and Handling Fee:
Returns and exchanges will incur a $15.19 shipping and handling fee.
What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s)* in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. *This does not apply for sale, final sale, and special sale items. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

- At the moment, we currently can't offer exchanges. Return for refund is the only available option (if item qualifies)
- Returning the items back to Australia will be at the customer's cost.
- Any items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a return or exchange, unless faulty.
