1. Final Sale Policy

The items included in the Final Sale Collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit, except as outlined below.

 

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales of items tagged with "Final Sale" are final. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned for a refund, exchanged for a different item, or returned for store credit.

 

3. Exception for Faulty Items

Notwithstanding the above, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process for a faulty item. To expedite your request, be prepared to provide:

• A detailed description of the fault or damage
• Photographic evidence of the fault or damage
• Your order number and contact information

Our Customer Service team will assess your return request for a faulty item on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

Leap Year Flash Sale Terms and Conditions:

The Leap Year Flash Sale ("Sale") is exclusively valid for online purchases made at https://www.fitflop.com.au.

The Sale offers a discount of 29% off all existing sale items listed on the website. The Sale begins on February 29th, 2024, at 3:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) and ends at 11:59 PM Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on the same day.

This offer is applicable only to existing sale items and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

All purchases made during the Sale are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item is found to be faulty. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

Items purchased during the Sale cannot be exchanged for different sizes, colors, or styles. Please refer to the sizing guides provided on the website to ensure accurate fit.

Mega Sale Event Terms & Conditions - FitFlop

Sale Duration: The Mega Sale at FitFlop starts on Monday, February 5, 2024, and ends on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM Australia Western Standard Time (AWST).

Discounts: Discounts of up to 60% off the original prices are available on selected items as marked on our website. The discounted prices are as shown and apply only during the sale period.

Final Sale: All purchases made during the Mega Sale are considered final. Items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty. (Thursday 08/02/2024 Onwards)

Faulty Items: If an item is found to be faulty, customers are entitled to a return. Faulty items must be reported to FitFlop customer service within 14 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault. FitFlop reserves the right to inspect the item to determine the fault before proceeding with a refund or exchange.

Availability: Items available for sale are subject to stock availability. FitFlop does not guarantee the availability of any item until the order is fully processed and confirmed.

Order Processing: Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, processing times may be longer than usual. FitFlop will endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping: Shipping times may vary and are subject to carrier performance. FitFlop is not responsible for any delays once the item has been dispatched.

Payment: All payments must be made through the accepted methods as indicated on our website. Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Cancellation Of Orders

Edmocorp reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Bstore may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(a) Edmocorp suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;

(b) An event beyond Edmocorp’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Edmocorp is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;

(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the FitFlop website or advertising material, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted;
