Return  and Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for online purchases within 30 days of the purchase date (excluding final sale items). To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging inside a parcel bag. Please avoid attaching the return label directly to the shoebox; a $15 packaging fee will be charged or deducted from refunds if this guideline is not followed.

For Australian Customers

Full-Priced Items:
Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or exchange. Returns will incur a $15.19 shipping and handling fee.

Special Sale Terms & Conditions:
Items purchased during a Special Sale are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Examples of Special Sales: Birthday Sale, Leap Year Flash Sale, Mega Sale Event, Buy 2 or More Pairs & Get 50% Off.

Single Sale Item:
Single sale items are eligible for exchanges or refunds and are subject to terms and conditions.


What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s)* in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. *This does not apply for sale, final sale, and special sale items. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

FREE RETURNS COVERAGE DOES NOT APPLY FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS.

For New Zealand Customers

  • At the moment, we currently can't offer exchanges. Return for refund is the only available option.
  • Returning the items back to Australia will be at the customer's cost.
  • Please reach out to our Customer Service if you wish to return your order.

Return Policy for New Zealand Customers – Buy 2 or More & Get 50% Off

If you purchased under the Buy 2 or More Pairs & Get 50% Off offer, you’re welcome to return your full order for a full refund. However, if you return part of the order and the remaining item/s no longer meet the offer criteria, the discount will be removed and full price will apply to the item/s you keep. Your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
