I ordered a pair of Fitflop boots online when I saw my hairdresser wearing a pair. I don't usually order shoes online due to a previous bad experience but she reassured me that her order went smoothly.

I had to order a size 7 as they had no half sizes online

( I am usually a 7 1/2). They arrived within a week and I couldn't get them on, they were so tight. I looked at the packing slip and saw that they had come via a shop called B store which is only 20 minutes from my home so I went there to see if I could swap them for a larger pair. I tried a size 8 on and they were better but still quite tight. B store couldn't do me a straight swap because I had ordered them online directly from Fitflop however, the shop manager rang Fit flop and a new pair was sent out to me that day and I left my size 7's in the store. The shoes arrived again within a week. They were still very tight so I emailed Fitflop to ask for advice. They were very promt in their reply with a list of things I could do to stretch the shoes which I tried and it worked. I have only worn them out once but they were incredibly comfortable to walk in to my surprise as I was sure it was going to take many outings and sore feet before they would feel comfortable.

I'm very happy with them and Fitflop for responding to my requests so efficiently, promptly and professionally. You have restored my faith in ordering shoes online. 🙏

2nd pair already have the plum. I have worn them all the time this winter. Very comfortable. True to size

I was VERY impressed by these boots! The color was right on point and they were so soft and comfortable to walk in right from the start! I really recommend these boots to anyone!
