Fitflop sizes run small

This pair is smaller than I expected. I have a pair of FitFlop , also size 39, and they are 1 cvm bigger both in width and in length. So I was disappointed with the new purchase . I believe I should return them. It is a shame that the measurements have change.changed, perhaps it depeds on the country where it was made.
