Wrong size was shipped

I ordered size 6 and got size 7. This was meant to be a gift to a close relative during my trip overseas and now I cannot give this to her. Very disappointed ☹️.

Rubs my toe

I don't know why this is happening. I have purchased these before and this didn't happen. I had a similar style before. The right side middle strap is rubbing the skin off my right second toe. Quite painful. Not sure what to do....
