• To ensure your TOE-POST SANDALS fit, take 20-30 brisk walking steps in them, then look at your heels to make sure they are not being pushed off the back of the footbed. If they are, the upper straps are too tight across your instep and you need to SIZE UP (if a size up seems too long for your foot, please try our adjustable sandals).
• NOTE: It is normal to have some space between your toes and the front of the sandal.
• While our factory has used the strongest possible glue to hold each crystal in place on these sandals, there is a possibility that with wear, one or two – or even three on each shoe – may fall off. If you notice one missing, take a deep breath, make a wish and move on.
